Modood Ahmed, founder and CEO of Tribe Consulting, won the Future Leaders Award 2026 in the Architects of Tomorrow category. The award was presented on 18 January 2026 at the third Future Leaders Award ceremony, held on the second day of ITCN Asia at the Expo Centre in Lahore.
The organisers said the award recognised "outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact." It is a personal award to Modood, not a company award.
The work behind it.
Modood founded Tribe Consulting in 2014 with his two co-founders. The company now has 2,000+ professionals across six delivery centres in four countries, and has grown without institutional capital. Around it, he has built an ecosystem of independent ventures that run on the same operating model.
The next chapter is the one the category name points to: moving Tribe from a large outsourcing operation to an AI-native intelligent-operations company, where autonomous AI agents and trained people run as one system.
