Tribe Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. received the Gold Award in the Best in BPO subcategory of the Services category at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026. The awards were presented on 22 September 2026 at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Karachi.
Gold is the top award P@SHA presents in a subcategory. P@SHA also gave two Merit Awards in Best in BPO this year. Announcing the recipients, P@SHA said they were "raising standards in business process outsourcing through service excellence, innovation, and technology-led delivery."
P@SHA, the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES, is the trade association for Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services industry. Its annual ICT Awards recognise companies and products across a set of head categories and subcategories. Entries are judged by industry panels, and finalists present their case to the judges in person. P@SHA can also put its award winners forward to represent Pakistan at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards.
The entry was not a single product. It was Tribe's outsourcing operation as a whole, entered under the company's own name. Tribe presented its case to the Best in BPO judging panel on 1 September 2026.
That operation is 2,000+ trained professionals across six delivery centres in four countries, running customer operations around the clock: inbound and outbound calls, live chat, back office and revenue cycle work for clients across the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. It is PCI DSS compliant, and its people and AI agents are run as one system through TIOS, the Tribe Intelligent Operating System.
This is Tribe's third straight year of recognition at the P@SHA ICT Awards. In 2024 Tribe won Best in BPO at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards. In 2025 its Sales Whisperer AI was named Runner-Up. In 2026 the company returned to Best in BPO and took the Gold Award.
Awards are a lagging signal. The work behind them happens every day on client accounts. What the recognition gives a buyer is an outside view: an industry panel looked closely at how Tribe runs operations, and ranked it first in its subcategory.
