Tribe Consulting wins Best in BPO at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards 2024.

Tribe Consulting won Best in BPO in the Services category at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards 2024. The awards were presented on 23 September 2024 at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad.

Who presents it.

P@SHA, the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES, is the trade association for Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services industry. Its annual ICT Awards recognise companies and products across a set of head categories and subcategories. Entries are judged by industry panels, and finalists present their case to the judges in person. P@SHA can also put its award winners forward to represent Pakistan at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards.

Ten years in.

Tribe was founded in 2014. By 2024 it was running customer operations for clients across the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East, from delivery centres in Pakistan and beyond: inbound and outbound calls, live chat, back office and revenue cycle work, around the clock.

Best in BPO judges a company on how it runs outsourcing, not on a single product. For a company built organically, without institutional capital, it was outside validation of a decade of operating discipline, from the industry's own trade body.

What came next.

The 2024 award began a three-year run. In 2025 Tribe's Sales Whisperer AI was named Runner-Up at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards. In 2026 Tribe won the Gold Award for Best in BPO at the P@SHA ICT Awards, its second Best in BPO title.
