Tribe Consulting was named Runner-Up at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards 2025 for Sales Whisperer AI. The award was presented on 19 September 2025 at Faletti's Hotel in Lahore.

What Sales Whisperer AI does.

P@SHA's citation on the night described Sales Whisperer AI as an "AI-driven sales assistant that analyzes customer behavior to provide insights, predictions, and recommendations for growth."

It came out of the same conviction that drives the rest of Tribe's AI work: the best operations combine people and AI, and each does the part it is better at. In sales, AI can read patterns across many conversations at once. People build the relationship and close.

Who presents it.

P@SHA, the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES, is the trade association for Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services industry. Its annual ICT Awards recognise companies and products across a set of head categories and subcategories. Entries are judged by industry panels, and finalists present their case to the judges in person. P@SHA can also put its award winners forward to represent Pakistan at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards.

Where it sits in the story.

This award falls between Tribe's two Best in BPO titles: in 2024 at the HBL P@SHA ICT Awards, and Gold at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026. The two operations awards recognise how Tribe runs outsourcing. This one recognised its AI product work.
